Agencia Reguladora de Certificação de Cargas e Logistica de Angola (ARCCLA) appointed Sujora Shipping Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India as the AUTHORISED Agents to issue CNCA certificates for Angola for all cargoes loading from INDIA, PAKISTAN, BANGLADESH, MYANMAR AND SRI LANKA. Issuance of CNCA certificates was first adopted as a rule by the Angolan Customs Officials in 1994. A large fine and serious repercussions will result from failing to produce the CNCA paperwork.
A CNCA loading certificate is required for all shipments by sea to ports in Angola. For Luanda, Lobito, or any other port, it is necessary. It may also be known as CNC and ARC Number.
The agents allocated to the different areas have been assigned as per their geographical territory by ARCCLA. A loading certificate known as a CNCA, or Conselho Nacional de Carregadores de Angola, is required for any cargo that is imported and carried for commercial, business, or, in some situations, diplomatic or personal reasons, per this regulation. The CNCA waiver certificate must be obtained from the authorised representative by the shipper or goods forwarder.
All importers are required by Angolan government rules and regulations to present a vehicle authorisation letter issued by Angola's ANTT (Agencia Nacional dos Transportes Terrestres). Both new and used cars must comply with the rule: light vehicles must not be older than five years, and heavy vehicles must not be older than eight years.
